Velda Martin, of Keller Williams Advisors Realty based in Kettering, Ohio, is a 30-year real estate veteran, who has also joyfully served as a Realtor since 2021. Velda is married to Julius, and their Yellow Springs home was built 30 years ago. They have happily lived in this same home and enjoy connecting with the community.

Velda has been an active member of Saint Paul’s church and has a passion for community service. Velda is also excited to serve the community through her real estate endeavors.

Velda studied Information Systems at Strayer University and Management at Antioch McGregor University and afterward began working in her own real estate company. Velda has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

In Velda’s spare time, there's nothing she enjoys more than connecting with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, and California.
